Unlike other cities such as Hong Kong, Taipei, Seoul, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, I didn't research hotel gyms for workout in Guangzhou thoroughly. * As needed, I tried to put links to photos on other websites as much as possible. Aloft Guangzhou Tianhe （アロフト広州天河）
The gym is open 24 hours. At first glance, I thought it had a lot of weight machines for the room rate. But I was a little disappointed when I found two redundant machines that had same functions as the others.

The Westin Guangzhou （ウェスティン広州）
The gym is open 24 hours.
At first it gave a very good impression but I felt some machines needed maintenance after my workout. Although it was not so serious, I found some damage on cables (I posted close-up below).
