The gym is open from 6.30am to 11pm on weekdays and from 10am to 6pm on weekends. Hotel's guests can use this membership gym in the same building for free. It may look like full-scale gym, but I'm afraid there were a few drawbacks. Some weight machines made by LEXCO were too small for me (180cm tall), weight plates were not so many and the pulleys of the smith machine were not smooth.

Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel （インペリアルパレスブティックホテル）

The gym is open 24 hours.

I'm sure it is a good value for the price which starts at around USD 50 in low season. I was surprised to see a special smith machine called "Max Rack" made by Star Trac and a pair of 40kg dumbbells in an inexpensive hotel.
