Incheon is famous for Incheon International Airport. I selected 4 major hotel gyms for weight training near the airport and all the ones in New Songdo City, which is 40 minutes drive from the airport. As of December 2019, I believe there's no hotel gym that has any weight training equipment in New Songdo City.

* As needed, I tried to put links to photos on other websites as much as possible. I can do that to ones on TripAdvisor and some hotel's official website because they create a unique URL for every photo on them. Days Hotel & Suites Incheon Airport （デイズホテルアンドスイーツインチョン エアポート）
The gym is open from 7am to 9pm and closed on Mondays. This was all the weight training equipment it had when I stayed at this hotel in September 2019.

I couldn't find any photo of weight training equipment in the gym on the Internet but I believe there are some, considering the grade of the hotel and enthusiasm for workout in South Korea.

Paradise Hotel & Resort Paradise City （パラダイスホテル&リゾートパラダイスシティ）
Unvisited.
As far as I searched, there was no photo on TripAdvisor or Google Maps. You can find only one photo on Hotels.com*. According to that photo, at least the gym has Leg curl and Leg extension. I suppose it has more weight machines.

New Songdo City (Central Park) （松島新都市（セントラルパーク））
Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel （シェラトングランド仁川ホテル）
The gym is open 24 hours. Sheraton Grand Incheon is usually the most expensive hotel in this area but the gym is not so large. I think their advantage is indoor pool, which other hotels in this area do not have.

Orakai Songdo Park Hotel （オラカイソンドパークホテル）
The gym is open 24 hours. Since the price is moderate for this area, I like this hotel. I wish they had a squat rack or smith machine, though...

Oakwood Premier Incheon （オークウッドプレミア仁川）
The gym is open 24 hours.
No original photo for now although I had stayed here so many times. I think it had:
- Smith machine
- 3 Chest press (the one was plate loaded type)
- Pectoral fly/Rear deltoid
- Shoulder press
- Assisted chin up/dips
- Biceps curl
- Leg press
- Leg extension
- Leg curl
- Dumbbells
Their advantage is smith machine and spectacular view from 37th floor.
