Because there's no very good one in well-known Old Quarter area, I recommend that you should stay at one of those hotels below if you visit Hanoi for sightseeing. Although the size of the room was not so small, these machines and dumbbells were all the equipments for weight training in the gym. You may be a little disappointed.

The gym room is adjacent to the half open-air restaurant on the rooftop and they are not separated completely. I think you will be annoying with outside heat because the A/C is not always on.
