* As needed, I tried to put links to photos on other websites as much as possible. Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon （ルネッサンスリバーサイドホテルサイゴン）
The gym is open 24 hours.
If you are looking for a hotel that belongs to Marriott group in HCMC, I recommend this Renaissance Riverside in terms of the hotel gym although the building and rooms are older. This is off topic but their breakfast buffet is one of my favorite in HCMC.

The Gym is open from 6am to 11pm.
Just the same as the hotel itself, the gym has a retro feel. I had not seen a triceps push-down machine with a cotton rope for decades.

According to a lot of photos including 360 view on TripAdvisor, the gym has at least:

Grand Hotel Saigon （グランドホテルサイゴン）
I'm afraid I forgot to ask the hours.
It's very rare to see a free weight squat rack in a hotel gym in HCMC. More over, Grand Hotel is inexpensive hotel.

The gym is open from 6am to 9:30pm.
Although the gym is a little shabby, I recommend this Royal Hotel Saigon because of their cheap price, convenient location and gorgeous breakfast buffet for the price, if you think the gym will do.

Caravelle Saigon （カラベルサイゴン）
The gym is open 24 hours.
There's my favorite smith machine called Max Rack by Star Trac. Caravelle is one of high-end hotels in HCMC but they very rarely offer a bargain price. That is difference between Caravelle and Park Hyatt, Sheraton, or the Reverie. I always check it until the last minute.

Outstanding French colonial architecture, relatively moderate price, good location, high name recognition (all the taxi drivers in HCMC know it), flexible cancellation policy and well-equipped gym. Considering all the factors, I would say Rex Hotel is the best hotel for everyone. Actually, this is the hotel I have stayed at the most in HCMC.

The gym is open from 6am to 10pm. I restrained from taking photos as a courtesy to many people there.
Hotel guests can use this premium member ship fitness gym for free. While this is by far the most well-equipped (it even has punching bags and a small octagon ring) hotel gym in HCMC, you need to be a outsider and might feel small among those macho locals.
