Have you ever used pullover machines? I don't know what it is like in other countries, I guess they went extinct long ago in Japan. I was so excited when I found the one in this area even though I don't do pullover. (^^;

* As needed, I tried to put links to photos on other websites as much as possible. I can do that to ones on TripAdvisor and some hotel's official website because they create a unique URL for every photo on them. So far, I don't know how to do it for some hotel search sites such as Hotels.com, Booking.com and Google Maps.

The gym is open 24 hours.
After I organized tons of photos of hotel gyms in Ho Chi Minh City and wrote the blog posts about them, I noticed that there are only two squat racks. One is in Grand Saigon Hotel in Area A, the other in this New World Saigon Hotel.

Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa （ハーモニーサイゴンホテル＆スパ）
If someone asks me to choose only one weight machine for workout during trips, I will pick this kind of lat pull-down/seated row machine because it's rather difficult for me to work on the lats without weight machines. This gym will do.

Unlike Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa above, you can't do seated row here. It's not something that's limited to this hotel gym, I just can't understand why such small gyms install a single function machine.

The gym is open 24 hours.
Believe it or not, there was no bench although it has a smith machine and dumbbells when I stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2018 and 2019. Were they telling me this sit-up bench would do? I like their sophisticated hotel rooms and restaurant, though.

The gym is open 5am to midnight.
A concierge told me proudly that they were the most inexpensive 5-star hotel. I agree, in a good way.
