The gym is open from 5am to 10pm.
This is a close-up shot of the smith machine here. I took this photo all by myself. What I want to tell you is that the bar fell really slowly. In my opinion, smith machine should work like free weight barbell as much as possible. So, I'm afraid this was not my favorite.

Muong Thanh Grand Saigon Centre Hotel （ムオンタンサイゴンセンターホテル）
The gym is open from 5am to 10pm.
Although this multi press machine is the only weight machine it has, I still enjoyed workouts because of this patented "Lock N Load" made by Star Trac, which is useful for drop sets technique.
